Robert Mullins is the lead pastor of Crossroads Community Church in Elmore, Alabama and the founder and CEO of passiontree.org,a network for Disciple-Making Pastors. He has extensive experience in camps, conferences, and other training and equipping events throughout the country. He focuses his ministry on the mandates of Jesus Christ to “Love God, Love People, and Make Disciples!” 

He holds a B.A. in Graphic Design from Mississippi College. He received a Master of Divinity from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and also a Doctor of Ministry from the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.

Married since 1994, Robert and his wife live in Millbrook, Alabama and they have two adult sons. He is an artist that loves to paint, play guitar and dream big. He also loves to deer hunt with his sons and go out on dates with his wife!
